Another in a series of photographs taken during a holiday to the western USA during September 2001, using the Minolta Dimage 7 camera.
I have included the EXIF data for all the photos. Simply
hover the mouse over the "EXIF data" links and a smaller window will
pop up. To close the window, move the mouse away from the link.
Cropping, size reduction and/or very minor adjustments
were done with Adobe Photoshop 6. Photos compressed generally at around
45% to optimise download time.
Please send any comments to alan@arolfe.co.uk.

With its little rocky headlands and small sandy coves, the beach at La Jolla is particularly atrractive in the late afternoon and evening. The little headland (LH photo) is very popular with wedding parties and photo shoots while the covered sitting areas (RH photo) are great for al fresco parties. (88Kb EXIF data/66Kb EXIF data) |

| Watching the sun setting over the Pacific from Pallisades Park in La Jolla is always a wonderful spectacle for me. There is no retouching of the colours in the first photo. The other two photos are both handheld, although for the RH of the two, the camera was braced again another plam tree in an effort to cope with long exposure time.
