Minolta Dimage 7
The Minolta Dimage 7 is my latest camera and is a real "photographer's camera", this is, it has full manual control over every feature. It has a "point and shoot" mode which gives exceptionally good results and is suitable for about 95% of the photos I take.

It has was several awards and was voted "Best Digital Prosumer Camera" by the Technical Image Press Association in 2001/2002, who said this:
"The award for Best Digital Prosumer Camera went to Minolta's Dimage 7, a new model which has the additional features that will satisfy many professional users. The high speed lens, equivalent to 28-200mm for a 35mm camera, is suitable for a wide range of applications. The innovative controls, with manual access to many settings, sets a new standard for digital camera control. And the new high resolution 5.2 megapixel CCD ensures images of superior quality."
